Reservation Policy

Policies & Details:

No Vegan or Strict Vegetarian Meals will be served starting immediately, June 21, 2024.

Dinners will only be served Saturday thru Tuesday Evening only.

A 2-Night Minimum Stay is REQUIRED for all reservations

A Credit Card Number, Expiration Date, CVV Code, and Billing Zip Code will be taken over the phone to hold your reservation/s.

Online reservation/s will be CHARGED a 1 night room deposit per stay, per room.

We accept Cash, Check, Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover Card, PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle.

A 3% CREDIT FEE will be applied if paying by Credit Card.

6.15% AZ Lodging Tax is applied to all room rates.

We are a Pet Friendly Establishment: we accept well behaved dogs 50 pounds or less, a maximum of 2 pets per room. A $25/day pet fee per pet is required.

Children 12 years of age or older are welcome.

Check-in: 3:00 PM.

Check-out: 11:00 AM.

Quiet Time and courtyard lights out at 10:00 PM.

Smoking is allowed outside of the courtyard. Make sure you extinguish cigarette butts and dispose of them properly.
Cancellation Policy

We appreciate there are times when committments cannot be kept, situations change, and emergencies happen. DreamCatcher Inn at Chiricahua is a small inn and we rely primarily on advanced reservations, and late cancellations are difficult to fill.

All reservations are secured by credit card information over the phone, or a deposit. If you have to cancel your reservation, a 14 day notice is required for a single room, and a 28 day notice for multiple rooms to receive 100% of your reservation cost.

A 7 day notice is required for cancellation of a single room, and a 14 day notice is required for multiple rooms to receive 50% of your reservation cost back.

Less than a 7 day notice for a single room, and less than 14 day notice for multiple rooms makes you responsible for 100% of your reservation cost.
